The old Mobil SHC 626 oil in the NDE pedestal was drained. New Kluber Summit SH 68 oil was then poured into the pedestal. The motor started at 50 rpm, steadily increasing to 250 rpm. Throughout this trial, temperature readings were recorded, and the corresponding data is provided The findings from this trial run indicate that both oils exhibit comparable temperature performance. Throughout the trial, no significant spikes in temperature were noted. The Kluber and Balaji textile teams have determined that Kluber Summit SH 68 oil is appropriate for this application.
