The group is spearheaded by eminent mentor P. Babu, who started his career as a Factory Manager in a Spinning Mill and served for a decade. Eventually, his business acumen instigated him to start Balaji Textile Agency in the year 1994.
Being a technocrat, he understood the needs of the Spinning sector, envisaged that maintenance costs can be saved through various upgrades in Transmission Belting, and introduced new techniques in that segment. He has involved himself in energy conservation through lubricants, which led him to become a Tribologist. He further upgraded his knowledge through training & development programs conducted by Kluber.
