business which has resulted in Balaji Textile Agency in the year 1994.
Being a technocrat he could able to understand the needs of Spinning sector, envisaged the maintenance cost can be saved through various up gradations in Transmission belting and introduced various new techniques in that segment. He has involved himself in energy conservation through lubricants which has resulted him as a Tribologist and he upgraded his knowledge through proper training & development programs conducted by Kluber.
